Groking is a software workspace that drives the Grok Build agent on a machine you or the operator control. By purchasing or using Groking, you agree to these terms.
Groking is the workspace around Grok Build. You bring your own Grok/xAI account; your model usage and any associated costs run under your own account, not Groking's. Product credits meter agent turns in the Groking workspace and are separate from xAI billing.
Groking is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by xAI. Grok, Grok Build, and xAI are names and trademarks of their respective owner.
Groking can read, edit, and run code on the machine it operates on. You are responsible for the tasks you run and the code you execute. Do not use Groking to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or for any unlawful purpose.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments settle on the Solana network. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the billing period. If something isn't right, email finkyworld@gmail.com — refund requests within 14 days are honored in good faith. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
Groking is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Groking is designed to keep your data on your own machine.
We use Stripe for card processing (see Stripe's privacy policy), public Solana infrastructure to confirm crypto payments, and Cloudflare to securely deliver the public site and collect limited operational diagnostics. A SOL price is fetched from a public market API to quote amounts.
